At the time of NEET application form filling you must have some documents like scan photo, scan signature, Right Hand Index Finger Impression, mark sheets, category certificate, valid email id, working mobile number etc.

• NEET FORM WITHOUT LATE FEE          NEET Form WITH LATE FEE

1.     FOR GENERAL/OBC Rs.1400/- (INR)           Rs.2800/- (INR) (Rs.1400+Rs.1400)

2.     FOR SC/ST/PH Rs.750/- (INR)                       Rs.2150/- (INR) (Rs.750+Rs.1400)

Apply Online NEET Form Filling simple 4 steps are as follows :

1.     Fill the Online NEET Application Form and note down the NEET Registration Number

2.     Upload photo, signature and Right Hand Index Finger Impression*

3.     Make Payment of NEET Fee through Credit/Debit Card, Net-banking or by e-challan

4.     Print Confirmation Page after Successful remittance of NEET fee .
