Symbiosis Foundation proposes to establish a unique
residential skill development university to be called Symbiosis University of
Applied Sciences at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The University plans to commence
from academic year 2016-17. Applications are invited from eligible candidates
for the following Posts:
Librarian
Essential qualifications and experience as prescribed by UGC
from time to time.
Desirable: Provide
Support to faculty members, research scholars and students In sourcing
information in their research, organization training for library staff, convene
& conduct meetings of library committee, provide information clippings In various
subject and act as mentor to other library staff of SUAS for up-gradation &
technical help.
ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
Master’s Degree with 55% of marks or Its equivalent grade of
‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale along with good academic record as laid down by
UGC. Preference will be given to the candidates having work experience in the university
setup and liaisoning with UGC/AICTE/NAAC & other statutory bodies.
ACCOUNTANT
M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 7-10 year’s of exp. In accounting,
reconciliation, budget & MIS In educational Institutes I University &
excellent academic record. Candidate must have knowledge of day to day
accounting work with proficiency in Word processing, Excel and TalIy.
COORDINATOR
Any graduate / Post graduate having excellent academic
record with 7-10 years experience as coordinator or an equivalent post. Good knowledge
of functioning of Educational Institutes / University. Responsibilities involve
interaction with faculty and students, should have knowledge of conducting
exams and enrollment process.
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Any graduate with 5 year’s experience in office administration
and good knowledge of computer applications, must have good typing speed in English
& Hindi.
EA/PERSONAL SECRETARY
The candidate must have a post graduate degree and
experience in letter drafting, travel and hospitality arrangement, liaisoning,
coordination, reporting and handling administrative tasks independently.
Candidate must be proficient in English & Hindi & must be computer
savvy with 7-10 year’s experience In similar area, preferably in Educational
Institutes/Universities.
LAB ATTENDANT
12th pass with 3 year’s relevant experience in laboratories
of reputed Engineering I Technical Institutes / University.
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
B. Corn having 5 year’s of experience in accounting
preferably in educational Institutes / University. Candidate must have
knowledge of day to day accounting work with proficiency in Computer
applications viz. Word processing, Excel and Tally.
LIBRARY ASSISTANT
The candidate having B. Lib/M. Lib degree in library science
with mm 5 year’s experience of working in the library of educational Institutes
/ University with good knowledge of computer applications.
Receptionist
Female graduate with pleasant personality and minimum 5
year’s experience preferably as a receptionist with good knowledge of computer applications,
should be excellent in English and Hindi communication (written and verbal). Should
have hands on experience in handling of EPABX system.
LAB SUPERINTENDENT
Bachelor’s degree in Science I Engineering or Diploma in
Engineering with 7 year’s relevant experience in laboratories of reputed Engineering/Technical
Institutes/ University.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
/ NETWORK ENGINEER
Graduate with 6 to 8 year’s of demonstrated experience in a
reputed organization as system administrator position. Candidate should have certification
from MCSE, CCNA and must have knowledge of network components like L2, L3 Switches,
Firewall Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of windows servers,
SQL database and desktop applications.
DESKTOP ENGINEER
Any Graduate with at least 2 year’s of experience as Desktop
Engineer Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting of all types Desktops,
Laptops, Printers and Basic Network related issues. Installation of application
software like MS-Office, Anti-Virus, etc.
HOSTEL WARDEN (MALE / FEMALE)
A graduate with 5 year’s of relevant experience. Should be
willing to stay on campus. Excellent Interpersonal skill with strong vigilance
on activities & discipline In the hostel & ensure up keep of
facilities. Age group 40 years & above. Salary will be commensurate with
qualifications & experience and will not be a constraint for outstanding
candidates.
