SRMJEEE 2018 Counselling Procedure | SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure

The eligible candidates, chosen on the basis of rank, would be called for SRMJEEE 2018 Counselling for final admission in SRM Univesity. The physical presence of the candidate during the SRMJEEE 2018 Counselling is mandatory. SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure for Allocation of Seats/Branch The date / time for counseling will be published in our university website. Candidates can download  and take a printout of their SRMJEEE Counselling letter and SRMJEEE Counselling record from our website and appear  for the SRMJEEE Counselling as per the SRMJEEE Counselling schedule. Change of date/time of counseling is generally not permissible. If a candidate does not personally appear before the Admission Committee for SRMJEEE Counselling/Interview on the date and time specified, his/her seat shall be offered to the next candidate in order of merit. The selected candidates will have to remit the prescribed fees by way of Demand Draft drawn in favor of "*****", payable at Chennai, on confirmation of the seat, and acceptance of the branch allotted. A candidate should decide for certain on whether he/she should join the program based on the branch allotted to him/her at the time of counseling before the payment of the fee. Allotment of branch once made is final and cannot be changed under any circumstances. Upon allotment, the candidate has to submit all the original documents and also pay the full tuition fee for first year. SRMJEEE Counselling Documents.

Required Documents in Original During SRM UG Counselling programs

1. SRM UG Counselling call letter / Provisional  allotment  letter
2. SRMJEEE  Rank  Card / Hall Ticket (except for B.Arch).
3. NATA score card for B.Arch only.      SRM UG Counselling 
4. High School (Class X) marks sheet.     SRM UG Counselling 
5. Marks sheet of qualifying examination.  SRM UG Counselling 
6. Community certificate (issued by the competent  authority).
7. Demand Draft for `1,00,000/- towards part of tuition fee or full tuition fee whichever is less. DD should be drawn in favour of “****” payable at CHENNAI.
8. Balance tuition fees, if any, should be paid before the last date stipulated  by the University failing which the admission offer would stand cancelled.

Required Documents in Original During  SRM PG Counselling programs

1.  SRM PG Counselling call letter / Provisional  allotment  letter.
2. SRMJEEE  - Rank  Card / Hall Ticket.
3. High school (Class X) marks sheet.
4. Marks sheet / consolidated mark statement  of the qualifying examination.
5. Original degree / provisional  certificate.
6. Eligibility certificate issued by SRM University
7. Community certificate (issued by the competent authority).
8. Work experience certificate wherever relevant.
9. Demand Draft (DD) for full tuition fee depending on the program. DD should be drawn in favour of “SRMIST” payable at Chennai.

Candidates will be allowed to participate in the SRMJEEE Counselling process only after verification of the documents. Authentic records pertaining to identification, age, marks sheet of qualifying examination, community certificate (if applicable) and other eligibility criteria, will be checked.
